Welcome to our new
Director of Student Ministries, Terry Lee.
Terry has 18 years’ experience in youth ministry, most recently at a Methodist church in Ocala, FL.
Terry and his wife Angela have 3 boys, Alexander, Ian and Eli. Be sure to say hello next time you see them!
Summer Bible Studies
This summer, Middle School students will be doing a 4-week study of the Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. This classic book by C.S. Lewis was made into a motion picture, and video clips from the movie will help illustrate the themes of the lesson each week. All students who have completed 6th through 8th grade are welcome to attend.
High school students will be doing a 4-week study focusing on family relationships. The study will show students how scripture can help them deal with many different family situations, and will be supplemented with video from other teens as well as discussion in the small group. Topics include: the myth of the perfect family, living up to expectations, and dealing with authority and rebellion.
The studies will be held Wednesdays July 2, 16, 30, and
August 6 from 7 to 8:30 pm.
